ALPHA LEGAL — REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

All subscription purchases on AlphaSet are final and non-refundable.

This Refund Policy applies to all subscription purchases made on the AlphaSet platform (alphaset.org), operated by Zeno JSC. It should be read alongside the Terms of Service.

No Refund Policy

All subscription purchases on AlphaSet are final and non-refundable.

Zeno JSC does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with Alpha performance or trading outcomes
  • Partial use of a subscription period
  • Voluntary cancellation before the end of a billing period
  • Account suspension or termination for policy violations
  • Market losses or unfavorable trading results
  • Technical issues caused by third-party exchanges or services
  • Change of mind after purchase

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after the cancellation date.
  • You retain access to the Services through the end of the paid period.
  • No partial or prorated refund will be issued for the remaining period.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will receive a renewal reminder before the charge date. It is your responsibility to cancel before renewal if you do not wish to continue.

Tokens

Subscription tokens are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused tokens at the end of a billing period are forfeited and do not carry over to the next period.

Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@alphaset.org within 14 days of the charge with your account details and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting AlphaSet may result in immediate account suspension.
