This Agreement governs your access to and use of the AlphaSet platform. Read it carefully — by using AlphaSet you agree to be legally bound by every provision below.

This Terms of Service ("Agreement") is made between Zeno JSC ("Zeno JSC", "AlphaSet", "we", "us", "our") and you ("User", "you", "your") and governs your access to and use of the AlphaSet platform, website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, "Services").
By accessing or using AlphaSet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
1. Definitions
- AlphaSet — The automated quant trading platform operated by Zeno JSC at alphaset.org and related applications.
- Alpha — A specific trading strategy made available through the AlphaSet platform (Alpha Index, Alpha Crypto, Alpha Funding, Alpha Gold).
- API Key — The application programming interface credentials you provide to connect your Exchange account to AlphaSet.
- Exchange — A third-party cryptocurrency exchange or broker platform (Bybit, BingX, Bitget, Exness, FM) through which trades are executed.
- Subscription — Your paid access to one or more Alphas for a defined billing period.
- Token — A unit of service credit consumed by each active Alpha (24 tokens per Alpha per day).
- Tier — A subscription level corresponding to a capital threshold and monthly fee.
2. Eligibility
To use AlphaSet, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
- Have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- Not be a resident or citizen of a jurisdiction where use of AlphaSet is prohibited by applicable law.
- Not be a person or entity subject to sanctions administered by the United Nations, United States, European Union, United Kingdom, or any other applicable authority.
- Not have been previously suspended or banned from the AlphaSet platform.
By using AlphaSet, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above conditions.
3. Account Registration
To access the Services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@alphaset.org if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not share your account with any third party. Each account is for individual use only. Zeno JSC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be shared or misused.
4. Description of Services
AlphaSet is an automated quant trading platform. It provides access to algorithmic trading strategies ("Alphas") that execute trades on your behalf via your Exchange account.

The Services do not include financial planning, tax advice, legal advice, or custody of your assets.
5. Non-Custodial Model and API Connectivity
AlphaSet operates on a strictly non-custodial basis. Your funds remain in your own Exchange account at all times. Zeno JSC never holds, controls, or takes custody of your funds.
By connecting your Exchange account to AlphaSet, you:
- Authorize AlphaSet to place and manage trades within your Exchange account according to the selected Alpha's strategy logic.
- Grant AlphaSet API access with trade-execution permissions only. Withdrawal permissions are never requested or accepted.
- Acknowledge that trades are executed on your Exchange account and that exchange-level terms and conditions apply.
- Acknowledge that AlphaSet requires exclusive use of the connected exchange account for the connected Alpha. Using the same API-connected account for manual trading or with other bots simultaneously may interfere with Alpha performance. Zeno JSC is not responsible for losses resulting from such interference.
You may revoke API access at any time by removing AlphaSet's API key from your Exchange account. Doing so will terminate the active Alpha connection.
6. Subscription Plans
Access to Alphas is provided through a subscription model. Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual billing cycles.

The applicable fee for each Tier is displayed on alphaset.org/pricing at the time of subscription and is authoritative. Annual subscriptions receive a 50% discount on the monthly rate. Capital ranges define pricing tiers only and do not constitute deposit caps, trading restrictions, or risk protections.
Zeno JSC reserves the right to modify subscription fees and tier structures at any time. You will be notified of material price changes no later than the last day of your current billing period.
7. Token System
Each active Alpha consumes 24 tokens per day. Tokens represent your service allocation: monthly subscriptions receive 720 tokens per billing period; annual subscriptions receive 8,640 tokens credited upfront at the start of the billing period.
Tokens are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire at the end of the applicable billing period. Unused tokens do not carry over.
Running multiple Alphas simultaneously consumes tokens for each active Alpha independently. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient token balance to maintain Alpha activity.
8. Payment and Auto-Renewal
Subscription fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing period. By subscribing, you authorize Zeno JSC to charge the applicable fee to your designated payment method on a recurring basis.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will receive a renewal reminder no less than 7 days before the charge date. Zeno JSC reserves the right to update payment terms with advance notice.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your AlphaSet account dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- Access to AlphaSet Services terminates at the end of the paid period.
10. No Refund Policy
All subscription purchases are final. Zeno JSC does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with performance, partial use of the subscription period, cancellation, or account termination. Unused tokens are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract AlphaSet's trading algorithms, source code, or proprietary data.
- Share, resell, or redistribute access to the Services to any third party.
- Use automated systems to access the AlphaSet platform other than as expressly permitted.
- Provide false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
- Use the Services in connection with market manipulation, money laundering, or any other financial crime.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or availability of the platform.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, algorithms, trading strategies, software, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property on the AlphaSet platform are owned by Zeno JSC or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights. No implied licenses exist.
13. Identity Verification
Zeno JSC may, at its sole discretion, require identity verification (KYC) to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer regulations. You agree to provide accurate documentation upon request. Failure to complete verification may result in suspension or termination of your account.
14. Performance and Trading Disclaimer
AlphaSet provides algorithmic trading strategies. Performance of any Alpha is not guaranteed. Historical results, backtested data, and displayed P&L are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee future results.
Trading in cryptocurrencies, digital assets, and foreign exchange is highly speculative. You may lose a substantial portion or all of your invested capital. Zeno JSC is not responsible for generating a positive return on your funds.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zeno JSC and its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or capital loss, arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Services;
- Any Alpha performance outcome;
- Exchange downtime, API failures, or third-party service interruptions;
- Unauthorized access to your account or Exchange API;
- Any act or omission of any third-party Exchange or service provider.
Zeno JSC's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zeno JSC and its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your breach of this Agreement; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
17. Third-Party Services
AlphaSet integrates with third-party Exchanges and service providers. Zeno JSC does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, or conduct of these third-party services. Your use of any Exchange is subject to that Exchange's own terms and conditions.
18. Account Termination
Zeno JSC may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: violation of this Agreement, suspected fraud, failure to pass identity verification, or legal requirements. Upon termination, your access to the Services ends immediately and API keys are deleted from our systems.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@alphaset.org.
19. Modifications to This Agreement
- Zeno JSC may update this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-platform notice with at least 14 days' advance notice before taking effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
- The current version of this Agreement is always available at alphaset.org/legal.
20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) rules. Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted. Arbitration awards are final and binding.
21. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Zeno JSC regarding the Services.
Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
No Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.
Language. This Agreement is prepared in English. In the event of a conflict between any translation and the English version, the English version prevails.
