To use AlphaSet, you must:

By using AlphaSet, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above conditions.

To access the Services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@alphaset.org if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share your account with any third party. Each account is for individual use only. Zeno JSC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be shared or misused.

AlphaSet is an automated quant trading platform. It provides access to algorithmic trading strategies ("Alphas") that execute trades on your behalf on your own account at a Venue.

Available Alphas:

Not every Alpha is available at all times. Alphas that have not yet launched are marked "Coming Soon" and cannot be subscribed to. The current list of live Alphas and venues is published on alphaset.org and prevails over this table.

Alpha Stock and the Vietnamese securities market. Alpha Stock executes through DNSE. Because Vietnamese law restricts automated order placement, Alpha Stock does not operate through an API key. Instead, you appoint AlphaSet as your Investment Companion ("Bạn Đồng Hành Đầu Tư", the SACO arrangement) inside the Entrade X application. The companion account is held by the legal representative of Zeno JSC and appears as "AlphaSet" in the DNSE app. This grants a legally recognised authorization to place orders on your securities account. This authorization:

The Services do not include financial planning, tax advice, legal advice, or custody of your assets.

AlphaSet operates on a strictly non-custodial basis. Your funds remain in your own Venue account at all times. Zeno JSC never holds, controls, or takes custody of your funds, and never has the ability to withdraw or transfer them.

By connecting a Venue account to AlphaSet, you:

One account per venue. Each venue is connected using exactly one trading account and one API key. To use a different account at that venue, you replace the credentials on the existing connection.

You may revoke access at any time: by deleting AlphaSet's API key at the Venue, or, for Alpha Stock, by cancelling the authorization in Entrade X. Doing so terminates the Alpha connection. It does not close positions already open in your account, and it does not by itself cancel or refund your subscription. For Alpha Stock, conditional orders (stop-loss and take-profit) that we placed before the revocation remain active on your DNSE account afterwards; cancel them yourself in Entrade X if you do not want them to remain.

Access to Alphas is provided through a subscription model. Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual billing cycles.

Plans. AlphaSet offers four self-serve plans (Air, Plus, Pro, Max) and an Enterprise plan available by contract. Each plan defines three things: its price, the maximum capital the engine will manage per connection, and how many Alphas and venues you may connect. The prices, limits and cashback rates in force are those displayed on alphaset.org/pricing at the time of your subscription, and that page prevails over this Agreement.

Managed-capital limit. Your plan sets a maximum amount of capital the engine will manage per connection (one Alpha on one venue), measured in the currency of that Alpha's asset class. This is a real operating limit, not merely a pricing band: the engine sizes positions on the lesser of your account balance and that limit. Any balance above the limit simply remains untouched in your own account. It is never moved, never traded by AlphaSet, and never charged a fee. Exceeding the limit does not suspend your service and does not trigger any additional charge.

Connection limits. Each plan allows a set number of Alphas and venues. Each venue is connected with exactly one trading account (one API key); to use a different account at that venue you replace the credentials on that connection. Attempting to exceed your plan's Alpha or venue count is blocked until you move to a higher plan.

Annual billing. Annual subscriptions are charged upfront for twelve months at a reduced effective monthly rate, as displayed on the pricing page.

First cycle bonus. Your first ever billing cycle is extended by seven days, once per account, on either the monthly or the annual term.

Zeno JSC reserves the right to modify subscription fees and tier structures at any time. You will be notified of material price changes no later than the last day of your current billing period.

Your subscription entitles you to run the Alphas included in your plan for the whole of the billing cycle you have paid for. Your entitlement is measured in time, not in usage.

Subscription fees are paid in advance for each billing cycle. Payment is accepted by bank transfer and by cryptocurrency; the methods available to you depend on your location and on the Alpha you select, and are shown at checkout.

Renewal is not automatic. AlphaSet does not store your payment credentials and does not charge you on a recurring basis. You renew by making a new payment for the next cycle. We send renewal reminders beginning seven days before your cycle ends.

Grace period. If a cycle ends without payment, your Alphas continue to run for a further seven days. If payment is still not made by the end of that period, all Alphas are suspended until you pay. Suspension stops AlphaSet from opening new positions or adjusting existing ones; positions already open in your account are left as they are and are not closed by AlphaSet. Any stop-loss or take-profit orders already placed at the venue remain in force and may execute. Managing those positions during a suspension is your responsibility.

If you cancel rather than simply lapse, Section 9 applies and no grace period is added.

Zeno JSC may introduce automatic renewal in future, in which case it will only apply to users who expressly opt in, with advance notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your AlphaSet account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

AlphaSet does not offer plan downgrades. To move to a lower plan, cancel and subscribe again on the plan you want.

All subscription purchases are final. Zeno JSC does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with performance, partial use of the subscription period, cancellation, or account termination. Unused time on a subscription is not refundable or redeemable for cash.

You agree not to:

All content, technology, algorithms, trading strategies, software, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property on the AlphaSet platform are owned by Zeno JSC or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights. No implied licenses exist.

Zeno JSC may, at its sole discretion, require identity verification (KYC) to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer regulations. You agree to provide accurate documentation upon request. Failure to complete verification may result in suspension or termination of your account.

AlphaSet provides algorithmic trading strategies. Performance of any Alpha is not guaranteed. Historical results, backtested data, and displayed P&L are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee future results.

Trading in cryptocurrencies, digital assets, and foreign exchange is highly speculative. You may lose a substantial portion or all of your invested capital. Zeno JSC is not responsible for generating a positive return on your funds.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZENO JSC AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR CAPITAL LOSS, ARISING FROM:

ZENO JSC'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zeno JSC and its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses - including reasonable legal fees - arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your breach of this Agreement; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

AlphaSet integrates with third-party Venues (exchanges, securities companies, forex brokers) and other service providers, including payment processors and analytics providers. Zeno JSC does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, pricing, or conduct of these third parties. Your use of any Venue is subject to that Venue's own terms and conditions, and in the case of DNSE also to Vietnamese securities regulation.

Where a Venue suspends, delists, halts, or otherwise restricts an instrument or your account, AlphaSet may be unable to open, adjust, or close positions for you. Zeno JSC is not liable for the consequences of such restrictions.

Zeno JSC may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: violation of this Agreement, suspected fraud, failure to pass identity verification, or legal requirements. Upon termination, your access to the Services ends immediately and API keys are deleted from our systems.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@alphaset.org.

Zeno JSC may update this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-platform notice with at least 14 days' advance notice before taking effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

The current version of this Agreement is always available at alphaset.org/legal.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) rules. Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted. Arbitration awards are final and binding.
